Returns

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

In order to receive a refund / store credit , you must meet the following terms & conditions:

 

  • The return must be sent back within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with tags and original packing.

 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage fees unless the product is faulty /incorrect.

STORE CREDIT

If store credit is chosen customers will receive a 10% credit bonus in addition to the store credit.

Note: this is a one time thing only for the customer's first request of store credit and will not happen again the next times.

In order to Replace an item, you must meet the following terms & conditions:

We are unable to refund your original or return postage fees unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

In case of product replacements, refunds / cancellations customers will be charged with return shipping fees.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items. Free returns are not available on any sale items.

Damaged products & defects

Yehona Studios employees check each product individually before manually packaging the product in order to insure their condition ahead of shipping. We put great efforts into our brand in order to maximize the satisfaction of our customers. In case of a damaged product or defect. Customers will not pay return shipping fees.

Note:only if the product arrived to the customer this way. Yehona Studios requests that the customer will provide an image of the product before returning it. In order to receive a full refund on the return fees.
